Costa Rica Azul Travel, has two form of
payments in order to guarantee your package when you
come to Costa Rica.
1- You can make a wire
transfer or bank deposit for the 100% of Total to our
bank BAC SAN JOSE account in US dollars from United
States of America, Canada or Europe 1 month before your
arrival date .
2- Also you can make
a wire transfer or bank deposit of 80% 1 month before
your arrival date and the other 20% by credit or debit
card the day of arrival in Costa Rica.
We accept all major credit and debit cards
for your payments in Costa Rica.

Cancellation Policy:
All reservations and cancellations must
be received in writing by email or by fax.
All cancellation policies will apply according
to the hotels, tours , transportation or services booked.
Costa Rica Azul Travel will not refund
any cancellation made within 30 days before the date
of arrival of the client.
Costa Rica Azul Travel will charge a penalty
in all cancellation after confirmation.
Costa Rica Azul Travel does not take responsibility
for changes at the last moment from client and penalties
for cancellation policies from provide services.

Políticas de cancelación:
Todas las reservaciones y cancelaciones
deben ser recibidas por escrito mediante correo electrónico
o por fax.
Toda penalidad de cancelación dependerá
estrictamente de las Políticas de cancelación
de los hoteles, tours, transporte o servicios reservados.
Costa Rica Azul Travel no reembolsara
ningún deposito hecho previamente antes de la
llegada por cancelaciones hechas dentro de los 30 dias
antes a la llegada de los clientes.
Costa Rica Azul Travel se reserva el derecho
de cobrar un porcentaje de penalidad en cancelaciones
después de una confirmación en reservas
menos de 8 dias.Costa Rica Azul Travel no se responsabiliza
por cambios de último momento del cliente o cargos
de penalidad de acuerdo a las políticas de cancelación
de cada proveedor de servicios.
